I have 3 demo's which are Here, Here, and Here
If you look on wire frame, [sv_cheats 1, mat_wireframe 2] you can see that he is clearly watching through walls(it helps if you slow the demo down at the relevant points[demoui and move the slider]). also it seems like he's getting a lot of head shots, despite not aiming at people, let alone heads.
