Beats me why they`re having to champion this with a Vista tag.

Not aware of any studios that will be/are using Vista now or in the near future. Many still operate from Win2000. (in HD high quality audio)..

Marketing ? Maybe it`s good for quad cores too.

Often wonder if it`s in miscrofts realm of an edict to declare no companies can badge things with XP.

U know, like all the brandnew sold pcs will have "Microsoft Vista compatible" badges on them. At a point they tell manufs they`re `not allowed` to use XP badges on new stuff. ??
