Very Happy With Corsair Warranty

So when I fitted my new parts recently I discovered that my front fan wasn't working so I flicked it with my finger and it would stay spinning only very slowly, and I would have to do this every time I rebooted or started my machine. I thought it was a faulty fan and contacted Corsair and they said if I plugged it into the motherboard instead of my cases fan speed controller did it still do it anyways turns out the controller wouldn't run four fans so Corsair didn't bat and eyelid and today a brand new fan speed controller arrived in the post and they told me don't worry about sending the old one back.
So Iam pretty bloody happy from go to woe about 2-3 weeks for everything to be sorted and I have to say Corsair will continue to get my business with service like that. Now the fun begins for me to fit the new one in but me got a smile on me dial. :D
 
I always like reading a report on a positive experience instead of all the moaning about horrible
customer service. Makes me think maybe not all hope is lost yet :)
 
yes their support is one of the best ive dealt with.
i had a problem with a lighting node and they just shipped me out another unit with out rma, i spose they understand we know what we are talking about, and that if they are going to throw it away anyway, why waste more money

Every time I've needed Corsair they have always come through in the end :)

The only negative is where you have to send stuff back to (gets expensive) but yeah they're tip top with their customer service :)
 
They also gave me a phone number to ring for their online shop to ask about cheaper postage as I want to try and get a set of white braided cables as they are really hard to get here in Australia, they have a set of 9 for $35Au but it was $70Au on top for postage which was like ouch! So gonna try and stay up till 1am here to ring them next week, but once again so good to deal with.
