USB or Analog Gaming headset?

Cannot afford :/ maybe ill save up, i dont NEED a new headset just yet

Higher impedance means cleaner, less distorted sound (eg. punchy bass and clear highs).
Sorry but this is very incorrect, higher impedence cans don't always mean better sound or better bass or less distortion. Plus if he is going to be using an onboard audio jack then having headphones with 64ohms impedance then he won't get the most out of his headphones as that is too much for an onboard audio setup.

And to answer your question having an analog headset will be the best bet and then in the future you can get a soundcard something simple under 50 will do. As for a headset the Corsair 1300 would be a good choice or the Steel Series Siberia v2 seem pretty good to me aswell, however if you're looking for a superb audio setup (I'm assuming you aren't) then you may want to look away from gaming headsets. If you just want a simple headset with a mic these two will do just fine
