usb connection failed??

right all of a sudden my prommie control panel wont start up. comes up with the messege usb connection failed!. ive check the connection on my mobo and my machII and there both plugged in. its strange cos it was workin fine b4!

I had that when i upgraded to my drivers to support usb during a rebuild. Upgraded the prommie firmware and it sorted it out

I had this one time, dont know why, did it a cpl of times, tried again 10mins later and it was fine, didnt bother updating the firmwire in the end

How can you upgrade the firmware if it doesn't recognise the usb or the device??
