I'm looking to upgrade my current pc which is :
AMD Athlon II X4 750K
Asrock FM2 exreme4+
ASUS HD 7770 2GB 1020MHz
Kingston 4GB 1600 MHz
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
Gelid Tranquillo Rev.2
Corsair CX430M
NZXT TEMPEST 210

I was thinking of upgrading to:
Intel Core i5-4570-stock
MSI H87-G43 GAMING
EVGA GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked w/ EVGA ACX Cooler
Kingston HyperX DDR3 8GB 1600MHz
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB

max budget 750 euros

you might be able to pick up a 7970 for the same price as a 760 if you look around. It'll give you much better performance.

What is the purpose of this upgrade?

Are you unhappy with the performance of your current rig?

280x or 7970 are very little more than a 760, yet perform much better. Would be worth the upgrade.

Do you need a keyboard, mouse, monitor, or OS? Might effect your budget.

Also you could sell your current rig(except Ssd/ram) and then use the money to buy a better case along with whatever else you need.
