UPDATE::::Need help on mounting rad on bottom of case

I have successfully created a mount for my radiator thanks to the help of

I have also have removed the crappy grills on the rear of my case to allow better airflow for the fans(and looks great)

I'm gonna stick some fan grills on the outside of my case(Like lian li cases) to protect fingers(1500 rpm---OUCH!!!!!)

I'm mounting the top exhaust fan externally because my power supply is HUGE!!!! and it obstructs the top exhaust fan a little.Also looks untidy.

My last mission for this case is to spray it black (Which i have already dicused in the forums) And to smoothen the edjes i have cut.

I have tried smothening the edges i have cut but i cant get them smooth enough.any recommendations ppl?

I thaught that but i figured sandpaper would have no effect on steel.
