Unidentified Network/ No default gateway help!

Im plugged into router with ethernet cable with my desktop cant get it to connect to internet. Laptop will connect to the internet no problem. This is what ive got for ipconfig/all. I have tried to use a few of the tips i found on the internet but none of them have solved it for me please help!!!

silly question have you tried plugging the laptop into the router, did the pc work on the net before? and do you hae a spare wifi dongle to try,
Have you also tried a dif port on your router

Yes i have tried that. Plugging my laptop into the router works i can connect. The problem Is with my Desktop. It hasnt had any problems connecting to the internet in the passed until recently after no use for a few weeks i turn it on and its an unidentified network no internet access.

169.X.X.X is a private IP address assigned when it cannot send a request to a DHCP server.
You should try assign a static ip address on the range of the router and see if you can connect then.
