tweak guide wanted

can anyone reccommend a good printable xp tweaking guide to gain some extra points on an overclocking install i am going to do I.e crap to turn off

there used to be one on the web a few years ago but i can no longer find it

also does anyone know of an nvidia tweak guide that may be helpful to gain a few 3dmarks
