TV Tuner Card

Does anybody have a good suggestion on a tv tuner card. I've been doing a bit of research on them and it would be easier if some could just tell me what they have and if its worth it or not, because I am not to familiar with this tech. It would be for my HTPC thats running Windows 7 32-bit, I'd like it to be able to pick up my basic cable channels in stranded def. and if it could pick up some of the digital channels my tv picks up like the network channels over coax. Any help would be great thanks.

got one in my garage somewhere, that does what you were after but is external, I will have a look at the model number and report back. It was also able to act as a recorder. have a look at the Hauppauge WinTV HVR 1900 (not hwat I have but I think it is similar)

I'm prettty happy with Hauppage 4400 (bit over your budget though. As long as you use media centre to tune your TV channels you'll be smiling
