TSMC has cuts the prices of 28nm and 20nm production by 10%, does this mean price decreases are coming for new GPUs?

Don't agree there dude. This gives AMD and Nvidia more room to lower prices in the price fight.

I'm just waiting for Fury X to drop to beat the 980ti.

AMD and Nvidia will drop prices, but retailers and E-tailers can do what they want.

980Ti has dropped already, its cheaper than the Fury X here. Not all retailers are seeing it that way. if they feel the info about 20nm is not common knowledge then they will keep prices the same, hoping customers are oblivious to the new info.

Might give them more room for prices but from a business standpoint this just screams more profits and AMD are in dire need.

I still don't get what AMD has done to get to this point of everyone being worried about them?...

Ohh... so basically not making a profit, earning enough and therefore everyone is worried of them going bankruptcy?.

Well if you don't make a profit you don't stay afloat as a company, so people are worried. Big sh*t will go down if they go bankrupt. Thankfully, they will probably be bought out by another company (Samsung has been named), but even that will cause disturbances in the market.

This will probably lead to a drop in prices from AMD and Nvidia, but sellers probably won't price cut them for a while. The price drop from TSMC will allow AMD/Nv to buy more in bulk which leads to higher supply at same cost which should flood the market and cause third parties to drop prices after a month or two once the orders kick in
