My download speed went crazy when I was downloading it.
My mate is just downloading it now and a whopping 1MBp/s so had to show him this.

This is one of the games I played this morning.
For me Origin always downloads 1MBps faster than my actual download speed.
Strange thing is it must be downloading at that 1MBps faster because it gives you a time ETA based on the rate that it is downloading at. So if it finishes in that time, then it was definitely at that speed or else it would take longer.
I tested it on BF3 once and it downloaded in the time it gave me for 1MBps faster. I worked out the time it would have taken me to download at my normal speed before hand and it 100% did download faster.
Don't ask me how, I just know it did![]()
i am pretty sure they are calculating something else into the speed because if you have a connection that does 11mbit/s it won't suddenly do 8x the speed just because origin wants it to.

here's an xbox key, if someone was mad enough to buy one.
I know this is a Beta and it's most likely because it is not optimized, but this game is eating up 3.6gb of my Vram![]()
What settings are you playing at? It defaulted me to 16xAA on a 270x xD
I get a stable 60fps on max settings with AA toned down, which is perfect for my 60Hz monitor![]()
I turned everything up to max settings and disabled Vsync and triple buffering.
The game is FPS locked to the refresh rate of your monitor though, so 60 fps for 60hz and 120 fps for 120hz, at least that is what I have read anyway.
It's FPS locked even with VSync disabled? Dafuq. No wonder I didn't push past 60fps. I wonder what happens if I capture gameplay. Will it limit my fps to 60 then push it down because I'm capturing, or will it keep me at stable 60fps because I'm actually pulling 80~?
Guess I gotta go find out! xD
100% FPS capped
A interview with the community manager for TF here talking about some of the things about the game and explaining about the FPS cap etc.
