Titan cooler on 970

anyone got one? or can advise on the cooler?
the reviews seem alright and i love the looks of this cooler but i am concerned about noise.
running in a BitFenix Prodigy with a Antec Big Boy on the front.
if not i'll get the Galax EXOC as the card coming out is a KFA 670 EXOC which i have had no issues with noise or thermals
