Alleged Titan II has a very tacky seventies batman look to it imo.
It belongs in the fap cave!
I think it looks nice.

no that's the dude who wasted his money on 4 290x, 4 Titans and 2 690s.
This reminds me though, Alpenwasser has had his Titan for nearly a year now and the build is still not done. I wonder where he is actually.
I think it looks nice.
so disappointed with this. the whole point of the titan was that it was a special one off overkill, sort of like the kingpin edition 780Tis. would have waited for the more sensible 7 series instead of getting one if i knew they would continue the line. now the titan is pointless![]()
the whole point of the Titan was to extract as much money from Kaapstad as physically possible, now they have seen he has four 290x's they are trying to win back the market share with a Black Edition that's basically the same but might just step up a notch in a couple of benchmarks. I see what your doing nVidia  and I am pretty sure that it will work.
JR
Hey AMD Black Edition CPUs are not black?
Kaapstad is a bencher guys, lay off him.
I'd buy one of these....
....totally :S
I mean think of all the ladeez you'll earn
I'll have you know they go mental if you forget their birthday card too! lesson painfully learned.
Women and cards of any kind = The devil.
And that would be zero ^_^
The only card women care about is the one in your wallet.
No truer words spoken!
In all honesty though this is really a 780ti with 6Gb of vram with a titan feature added on.. Are those 2 things really worth spending another $250 on top of the already super expensive 780ti? Nope not really. Still seems like another Floating point card.

Do you think given 3 or 4 cards it might stack up to be a sensible option for 4k, obviously price/performance is irrelevant there but could they actually be the most capable solution.
Could be yes but I'd prefer to wait until the 4K panel technology has come to a good mature point a bit like 1440P/1600P is now with the Dell Ultrasharps and Asus line![]()
You've not seen the UP3214Q then:fapfapfap: I think that's a great excuse for 4 Titan Blacks if you have the unlimited money cheat activated. I agree though for people with finite money waiting for the cheaper 4k panels and volta sounds promising.

In all fairness to Kaapstad though. He is a dedicated benchmarker and also maintains a few of the benchmarking software threads here. At least I know he puts these cards to good use or pushes the limits.
hes around anyways, i saw him posting in project logs today in fact..
Indeed, But someone will find an excuse and make up a story of how he/she needs the floating point performance, Theres always 1 ^_^
