Tips for learning C++

Look on UDacity (UDAcity.com). They have loads of courses for free and you get paid courses where you can earn qualifications upon completion. I did some web developing and programming (http and css). It's really fun, don't get too addicted, you will get bored. I will continue after matric. Can not wait.

STAY motivated

+1 for Udacity for learning the framework for computer science and programming.

For syntax I always go to The New Boston. They have a C++ playlist on YouTube as well as a community on Bucky's website. Can't link you at the moment though.

To learn a new language , you could try MOOC (massive open online course) which are offered by various companies like coursera , edx , udemy etc , most of the courses are taught by teachers from top universities and most of them are free.
