I see why you are confused now, I wrote it sort of weird.

I meant the OCCT: Linpack test. The "regular one" I mentioned is just the standard non Linpack OCCT test. You have both, just select which tab at the top inside the UI

You don't need AVX. You're using an i5 6600k. So by default/automatically OCCT will untick it for you. Don't enable it as I think the Devs said it will hurt your CPU.dont know if it's true but rather not risk it. Keep all cores ticked
