HI, running an 8700K @5GHz on an Asus Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC) Motherboard 1.31V. I know my Vcore, VCCSA and VCCIO (both below 1.2V) voltages are all ok, but there were a couple that I have NO IDEA
what they do, and if they're too high or not.
In HWinfo64, under the ASUS EC heading, there are three voltages I'm clueless about: CPU Vcc Standby/VCCST_A (@0.991V), CPU PLL (@1.241V, this is the one that seems high to me, though I don't even know what it does so???), and VCCMP(@1.16V).
I guess I just read somewhere before (I think?) that PLL is supposed to be @ only 1V, which is why I'm a bit worried about it, but then again, I don't even know if that's right, or if that PLL is the same as the one on the ASUS board, because I know different vendors like to call things by different names, so I'm just clueless on this one. Any input would be appreciated, thanks!
