This numpty sold me this on ebay for £62.50 inc. postage only i was supposed to get the windowed model (as listed on ebay) and now hes being a pr!ck and refusing to refund or anything...ive got paypal involved but before they can take control and enforce anything it will cost me £13!!!

Im thinking on just selling it on ebay for the price i bought it for...do you reckon ill get it for a brand new thermaltake tsunami with nothing wrong but a openened box and a slighlty ripped cloth covering (protecting the case during transit but ive taped it together?

You can tell its brand new as the keys are still attached at the back

Did you pay for the case with paypal cash, or using your card thru your paypal account?

If you used your card thru paypal, just get in contact with the card issuer.

Yeah I'm not sure about consumer protection laws in the UK, but take XMS's advice. If paid for by CC or debit card through paypal, contact your banking institution or card issuer.
