Considering a map in the Times a few years ago put Sheffield and Hull in the South of England - yet Birmingham and North Wales made it into the North.

What 'line' did you have in mind?

I disagree -

I think the southern perception of Northerners probably starts at about Nottingham. (Unless you're from London - at which it starts at Enfield). Ignoring geographics, the general 'rowdy northerner' image is probably consistent from diagonally up from Birmingham to Skeggy - ignoring certain places such as Lincoln as mentioned, and probably most of the Lakes.

Because of that, I dont really think we can physically have a Northern line as the North would cover the majority of the country. Probably individual places such a Newcastle, Liverpool, Bolton - and I have to say it Ruthless - Bradford

another great reason not come here is whole choice of 1 ISP ah how much i hate KCOM seriously up to 27mb/s down turns out to be 1.2mb/s and i get terrible pings most of the time

but thats deviating from the point there's just generally nothing of interest here to live here
