Don`t personally believe the global warming thing myself.
Stephen Fry informs us that trees do about 5% of the worlds conversions of the co2/o, the rest is done greatly by algae. Lots of smaller trees, smaller creatures and fungae are dying out merely because we stop natural forest fires. Don`t ask me how they actually start, but the lesson here is that the large/huge trees are cutting of the supplies to the smaller ones as we`re not letting them complete their cycle and dieing.
(also the show informed us about banning smoking on planes was bad for our health, but that`s another time for discussion)
But anywho, the globe`s climate changes in cycles, there is nothing man can do short of moving the earth and it`s orbit. The earth`s orbit is changing, the moon`s orbit about the earth is changing, the axies of both fluctuates. All of which will bring u good/bad weathers, sea levels and whatever.
I`d love to know which cfc deoderants creatures such as dinosaurs used to use. Bah nvm.
The earth went through warming, cooling, long before man emerged from a starfish and it`ll continue to do so once we`ve left it for mars.
It`s a fad, a buzz thing and I wish my taxes didn`t go so much toward it.
What I do believe in protesting against tho, is the likes of companies that pump sewage into localities for it to immediately come ashore. Even local sewage firms. I firmly believe the oceans can handle it - as even fish/whales take a dump - but give it a chance to work b4 it clings to the shoreline. And and and car polution on a local level, in most cities u can smell it - yet alone breathe it - it`s beyond unpleasant - get electric cars in now, mandatory. Eff the oil barrels, that`s the only reason we haven`t done it yet.

And that we have only just found out becasue of satiltes.
Plus scientist are paided to find something out, so they try and blame it on something. And ourselfs are the easiest to blame.
Finally, green house gases are really high up. they let the sun in and keep the warmth. Without this the nobody would live.
But scientist have found that the surface of the earth is warming up and the layer of green house gases are staying the same temp.
It's hard to explain. But the program I just watched did it really well.

Not being funny, but isnt that pretty much common sense, i mean even the artic/antartica have a warmer period (summer) and colder period (winter). So there bound to melt more in the summer.
They have found out recently they are melting alot quicker and not having enough cold period to grow. Now im not saying we're at fault etc.

I've alwasy been a fan of renewable energy due to using less non-renewable sources (oil) but also for the fact of emitting less CO2 emissions. I believe it makes sense that we are pumping CO2 emmisions from facotries, vehicles etc, it must be causing more problems to our atmosphere.
As people are reproducing at a stupid rate and some developing countries are being introduced to old unefficient technology, no matter what more developed countries do, the amount of CO2 emmisions will keep rising.
When reports are brought out stating that we do not amount to the cause of climate change, I can't help but feel they say it because they are paid to do so. But also, they don't feel bad for saying it because they won't be around for the next generation/future of the planet and will do anything for a quick buck...
This is all my personal opinion and I don't base it on any serious facts but this is what I think and you can rip it apart all you want

Biggest reason I can see for the recycling they have peoples doing atm is mostly down to the fact that countries can no longer bust into places like Brazil and say we`re taking 1000 trees away with us.
Brazil would most likely turn around and charge a hell of alot of money today (I don`t think they personally care about their trees population vS a dollar). It`s not like 20-50 years ago when many countries were occupied and u could rape them of their resources as much as u liked.
Governments caught onto this since around the end of the cold war, the cheapest way around this was to find a way of re-using... basically the likes of wood. Best way ? Get the public onboard, save u a fortune.
Kind of co-incidental that the end of the cold war and the growth of the drive towards recylcing came hand in hand.
Ice cap regions getting hotter every year ? Is there a slightest chance that that region of the earth is rotating closer to the sun ? I know some places are meant to be getting colder. Weren`t parts of Australia getting snow now where they never used to ? Almost opposite ends of the earth.

All cars should be fitted with a second Dynamo and battery system, then at the end of every trip the 2nd battery should be disconnected and plugged in to a cell system under the stairs (like in solar powered houses) and used to heat water or something.
All water drainage systems in houses should be fitted with an array of paddles + dynamos, under the drains, under each bathroom and sink.
Any chimneys should be fitted with paddles to make use of the convection currents.
Cut grass can be stored in containers with chemicals to produce enough methane to power a boiler for quite a little while.
None of which are ever likely to happen but it would sure be nice to see the world become more efficient

llwyd they won`t do those things cos they`re not ~serious~ about any of it.
Some good ideas there btw. But think about it dynamos.. are they a new invention ? The UK is an island, and any surfing type will tell u how strong the surrounding sea`s current can be. They don`t like to use the windmill thingies. There was a real drive for them prehaps 5 to 10 years ago as a fashion and if u go see them now I bet they look shabby or in some kind of disrepair.
Biggest 1 single thing the UK (and other similar countries) can do if they`re really serious about any of this re-use, conservation thing, is to have a 10 year drive to make ALL cars electric. It won`t happen cos they`re scared of the big businesses and the oil producer/sellers who`ll lose out.
But if they want to procede with making more and more of these cars - They need to make the car taxes for any cars after the 1st one of each household more expensive by a serious amount like 25%, escalting on the 3rd car and etc (make it the house owner of the address the car is registered to`s responsiblity to pay the bill, so less people will use grandma`s house cos she don`t drive). Don`t give insurance benefits for peoples with more than 1 car in a house, for another address maybe.
