The 448 cards

I'm a bit late to all this but there does not seem to be any justification for buying one judging from TTL's vids.

I currently own a MSI 5770 and play 'F1 2011' and 'Civ5' (man that game lags) so I would like to upgrade my GPU this year. I really want to go with Nvidia tbh which I have not since 2008, just one of those things really. I've never ran dual SLI and only expect to get a 560ti or 570 at most. Just lost interest with AMD cards and when I have the cash, this time it will be spent on an Nvidia card.

With the way they priced the 448 cards you might as well get the real deal which is the 570. I'd hold off a bit on a GPU though, until Kepler is released. Even if you don't plan on getting one its also going to lower prices on the 5XX series.

I'll second Lord Stark.

The 560 Ti, in all its greatness, is only £150 at some sites - this price is only going to fall further as Kepler is pumped onto the shelves.
