Temp problems

Hi. What is the best cpu temp software?
I just rebuildt my pc and i got high temps on cpu.
My loop has 1x 360 (30mm) 1x 240 (60mm) and one d5 pump.
Hardware is ASUS Maximus VI Formula, i7 4770K and msi 7990.
When i run OCCT it tels me that the temp is around 70 degrees but the asus ai suite tells me its 47 degrees. Cpu is at Stock.
There is nothing wrong With my loop, so i dont realy have a Clue on whats going on. If someone have any solutions i will be gratefull.

Stock doesnt mean anything - you need to manually set the volts.

70 will be core - 47 will be socket temps. Both are probably right.
