This Tutorial is about TeamSpeak and how to configure it.

TeamSpeak is a Voice program thats used by many clans around the world.

Skill Level : Easy

Program Lang. : Eng./Ger.

1. You schould get Teamspeak from : http://www.goteamspeak.com/downloads.php

2. After succesfull downloading it you schould Install it. Just follow the instructions.

3. Now you should start the Program

4. The Teamspeak Window will open and look like this :

5. Now click Connection and then Connect

6. In the now following windw click with the right Mousebutton on Server and then click Add Server

7. Now fill in what you need to fill in. If you have allready created a own TS Home server you can fill in everything like i did there :

8. After a Little Server Check and connection you should now be able to see the Server Channels and yourself on it as a green dot.

The Settings

9. Click on the top of "TS" Settings -> Sound Input/Output settings

10. Now you schould adjust your Microphone and your Output Settings. The Output settings mean the Sound volume that Teamspeak is on. So if you turn it up people in TS will spund louder.

Thats it. Now you have a Server in your Contact List and your TS Configured.

ahhh right, how do i set up / find a server? (more specifically, what do i put in the boxes on the Add Server options?)
 
You can host one on a PC, which can be straining dependant on your internet connection etc. Or there are plenty of companies which rent servers.

lol i kinda figured that one, how do i set one up tho? like what do i put into the settings. I think the problem might be down to my router, which i have no how to configure to allow teamspeak
