Just a suggestion, Jim, set the UK server to be able to hold 24 people. That is the capacity of a 1000kbps upload I think..

I'll try, but the server is "supposed" to be up 24/7 I can't help Windows retardedness and overwillingness to crash at the slightest flatulation.
