system won't recognize card

I just re installed windows 7 64 bit. and installed a new processor 3770K. now my system will not recognize my video card. I did try a different card and teh same problem. i tried device manager to scan for new hardware, tried manually downloading drivers, CCC. CCC doesn't install properly since the system doesn't show a graphics card. I did enable in the mobo bios, both d-peg and lucid logic. any thoughts on what the problem could be ?

Could be a bad install.

For amd drivers you will need to download the driver the error is reporting seperatly first. Thats what i had to do and unfortunatly i do not remember the name of the driver.

Edit: may have been the amd display driver.
