Supplement Help

So guys I am looking into getting some supplements from a local website and I'm not sure what to get, they aren't that expensive so I'll list the ones I'm considering below and it would be nice if anyone could lead me to get what I need to buy. I already have a good amount of fat intake as I usually have two whole eggs a day, and other than that its a ton of veggies and a couple servings of fruit and a protein source with all the meals. I have milk and yogurt almost everyday so I don't think calcium would be necessary but I'm considering it.

Ps. I already take glucosamine daily after working out.

Calcium
Cod Liver Oil
Multi-Vitamins and Minerals
Omega 3,6,9
Vitamin C
Capsicum (highly optional)

All these would cost 53.49eu and without the capsicum they would be at 37.50. What should I get?

Thanks in advance,

I personally wouldn't bother mate. Clacium, drink milk, vitamins, eat your fruit and veggies and cod liver oil, just eat fish.

Eating those will make you big, but taking the supplements won't. Save the cash and get some protein, or higher quality.

general fitness, decent size, and shredded all year round, and maybe do a massive cut if I ever feel like into getting into a fitness competition or something similar.

Size AND being cut is a tough combo. It's like eating to bulk, and dieting to stay lean and you can't over do cardio if your trying to get big. Unless your some genetic freak, I'd pick one to start with.

Get some protein, some amino acids and some glutamine (it's an amino acid but usually comes separate) and sort out a diet plan, will cost you though.

Avoid cheap protein like myprotein.com, it's cheap for a reason...they usually have no essential or non-essential amino acids in. MyProtein lists it as having a great amino acid profile...but doesn't list which ones or how much it has!

Without them your drinking money. Example, your body can use 92% of an eggs protein count, a chicken 62%. Thats because they don't have ALL the necessary amino acids so you basically poop the rest of the protein out. So you'll be drinking all that protein and wondering why it's doing nothing for you.

Edit: Essential aminos are produced in your body, but non-essential need to be taken in by foods and/or supplements.
