strange, very strange

ok power cables in the back and in the plug socket securly but if i lift the power cable slightly with my foot the power to the mach 2 seems to jolt and you hear a sort of thud noice as the mach stops and starts

anyone else had this happen before?

i think ill be keeping my foot away from there for a while, not the first time this has happened either, first time id just left a game to see the temp of -2oC (everything stock) and instantly jumped down the back to see what the problem was but soon as i moved my foot the temps dropped again

Also if it is plugged into a weak circuit in the house or you have a lot of equipment on the same circuit I had a dodgey circiut breaker and it was making my mach flutter and splutter

the mach2 and a CRT monitor share the two'er plug its in then i have a TFT, base unit, router, modem all in another 4'er, the only other thing in my room using power is my TV

ive had 3 pcs and a laptop running in here before so i dont think its the power in my room, thing is its only when i lift up the wire slightly, but i dont understand how unless im pulling it out :S both ends are firmly connected, its fine all night and day as long as i dont touch it lol

cheers for link harry ill check the cable later and see if theres any breaks in it, then ill have a poke inside and see whats happening in there power wise
