strange colours

so im trying to bring my cousins laptop to what i would call a workable state. I already deleted dozens of spyware, However theres one thing i cant figure out. the colours displayed are not right. she says she changed something in control panel but i cant find anything that would bring it back to normal. Maybe she changed something in the intel igp application

You mean the actual colours of everything that is displayed or just of title bars and such?
For first there is Color Management in control panel, for 2nd you go to control panel -> personalization -> Window Color -> Advanced Appearance Settings.

edit: when i am looking at this screenshot through my desktop it looks fine?.
2nd edit: all fixed, the colours were changed in within intel application
