Star Citizen raised more money than all video game Kickstarters in 2017

A year ago I was THAT close to pledge because of upcoming 3.0, but delays and more delays made me pledge my money to some pudding eating and waiting for 3.0. In the meanwhile I also wait for Ashes of creation. Star citizen delayed allot and lots of rumors of spending the money into pleasures than programming. I also read about the sales of land and I find that ridicules, this is worse than archeage.

Something I ve learned : NEVER EVER give money to developers without them delivering what they promise.

I cant believe people are STILL in 2017/18 crowdfunding this game...... have NORHING been learned from pre orders or buying a game at release...?

We all know they are full of bugs... from day one and it takes some time untill they are worked out.

So...

Why would some one in their right mind pay money for this game that is No where even close to be finished and ready for release...?

Every every time they make it more complex.... why not concentrate and fix what they have? You cant say they have not had enough money...
