Specialtech Customer Service.

I had an order from Specialtech a couple of weeks back in which they shelf picked a wrong item, nothing major - I was just expecting some fan cable splitters and I got compression fittings.

Anyway - I sent off an email to their support and I'm pleased to report that the service I received frankly could not have been better.

Martyn, their customer support rep, issued an apology (not that I was particularly bothered - this stuff happens sometimes) and he posted the new items within a couple of hours which arrived at my door the following morning.

Sometimes the team works :)
 
One thing I always look at when ordering from a retailer is good customer service, I had a motherboard from dabs which I spilt water on and was completely my fault, but I thought I would try emailing them anyway, they emailed back very quickly saying they understood the problem and even though it is not in their policies they would give me a refund, I had the money a week later and they even paid for the postage
