Spec me a really cheap smartphone

So I would like to put 2 step verification onto my Steam and various other online accounts but need a smartphone to do this.

I will not be using the phone for anything other than this security feature as I use an old nokia for actually making calls.

Purely for app support.

Any recommendations are appreciated

I think that an alcatel pixi 4 will do the trick they are really cheap and they run on marshmallow... My brother had one until he dropped it he was fairly happy with it

Yeah I'd recommend the Alcatel too.
