I have done a search but couldn't find anything - is there a tutorial/guide to thermalpasting your processor to the motherboard - I know thats not the correct termonology but its not something that I have a great knowledge over....

not sure what you mean here, do you mean a guide for applying thermal paste to your headsink and processor?
