Okay well there is something wrong with the screen it is brand new hard drive and I don't understand what is wrong ? The screen is all wrong and I need some help please had no graphics card

Sorry mate, but this isn't very clear. First can you at the very least, rotate the photo so we can see it properly...

Secondly, that looks like a graphics issue more than the screen...

That's what I'm thinking update graphics drivers and don't know cos it's not particularly new and sorry was on my phone when I put the picture on

Is it using onboard graphics? I see what your seeing mostly with Intel integrated graphics. AMD/nVidia cards will use a low res before drivers are installed, but usually the colors aren't messed up.

Try to run this Intel tool. It will let you know if you are using an Intel IGP and if a newer driver is available.
