yes, but it depends on which fans you use

Hence I say most. Excals (2300rpm) are 0.45A @12v and a 200mm NZXT (800-900rpm) 0.42A @12v, so don't see why any other common fan would use enough more than 5w to fail the channel (5.1-5.5w fans should still run, for example). Deltas and GTs would probably be a good step above 5w I should think though.
 
Find out the amount of amps the fan uses * it by 12 and it will give you the amount of watts it uses.

Amps * Volts = Watts

They use 0.3amps at 12v so 0.3 * 12 = 3.6w so 2 * 3.6 = 7.2w

You will be fine running two fans


Just realized that ^^^ is for the 120mm Apaches, the 140mm shouldn't be to much higer in wattage though.
