SOLVED!!!! Alphacool 420 and 280 releases end of 2012

Does anyone know when these rads will be released or are they even making these? I thought I read somewhere that they were going to be released soon but I do not know where I read it from...

So I found out this morning that the 420 and 280mm monstas will be released at the end of this year!

The only dates I've found all mention sometime in May for the 120mm variants.

Source (scroll a little way down to see the Monstas). Although they also have the UT60 with a shipping date but I know you can get those elsewhere like Specialtech.

140mm fittings I've not seen any dates for :/

I emailed Alphacool (in Germany) a while back and they said they would have them mid April and resellers in May. I don't know whether that date with them has changed, shipping to America from Germany would be expensive and not worth it though, so it looks like you wont be able to get one until May.

For anyone in the UK or Europe, you might be able to get them from April strait from Alphcool in Germany.

Not sure, I didn't ask about a particular model I just asked about the Monsta series.

End of the year

Damn it, I was hopping they would be released along with the 120s. Oh well, looks like i'll be getting the Monsta 360, not that I need anything bigger but it would have been nice to have the 420.

I know I was hoping as well but o well. I will be getting a 360 and a 240 and then at the end of the year I will sell those off and get the 420 and 280 and will probably just cool everything on my board. It should handle everything right? 3770k or 3570k IB 1 7970 and will probably have the z77 sabertooth board.

A 360 monsta will handle IB and a gpu fine under overclocks. Another monsta will put you well into the safe zone I expect. Not entirely sure why you want to WC the mobo too? Is that just for fun?

Well only reason I would cool it all is because I have the cooling overhead and it would look cool IMHO

so sorry if i seem lost but are they making a monsta 140 versions 280 420 560 ?

They are making

120, 140, 240, 280, 360, 420, 480

They might be making more but that is all the ones I know of.
