Noob question, 1 of my storage SSD's was acting up and causing Windows to freeze and become unresponsive, I looked at the Windows Error checker and it said in the little pop up box "this drive has errors please check and repair" I decided to format it and this error notification went away in the error checker, Then I used Windows built in error checker to scan the drive and it said the drive is now fine as well as Windows no longer oddly freezing.
As I haven't encountered this before I have no experience/info on it, Could it have been 1 or more corrupt files on the drive causing this issue ? As it doesn't seem like a format would fix an actual hardware issue.

It would show a hard fault or dead sector if it was physically damaged, so maybe something happened in trim at the time it was doing it idk cause while all drives fail in time I've yet to have any issues with SSD's or nvme's yet, guess best way is use it as normal for a week or two and see if the error reoccurs cause idk what else to suggest myself.

Best to upload to youtube, vimeo requires people jump through too many hoops just to view a video.

I love it when my work doesn't pay me and then says "sorry it'll be in your account in 2 weeks due to a clerical error" meanwhile I have to survive on fresh air and water for 2 weeks.

Then they should correct it faster than that if they know their mistake that's pretty harsh in this day and age with bills and direct debits etc can completely make your life hell trying to fix things that they are able too correct sooner.

I've already talked to them and they can't do it any faster, In the meantime I just have to drink a lot of water and see what I can sell to get some food that will last me 2 weeks.

That's just crazy it doesn't take them two weeks to process a payment, i bet if they overpaid you they would take it instantly. How many people did they do it too something not right about that how is payroll a clerical issue 
sorry we didn't pay anyone seems like they had more important things to them, payroll is a must to cover, one guy drove a bulldozer into a hotel the other week cause they didn't pay him

The issues started a month or so ago when a new employee for accounting was hired, She's an idiot, This is the 2nd time she's messed up peoples wages, The first time she missed messing mine up. I am about 1 of 10 peoples she's messed up and none of us will get our owed wages early, If we make a big stink about it, It'll just get dragged out.
