Small quiet & cool

Hmmm that's a shame, maybe it would work if I melted the glue with a heat gun?

no idea mate, the problem wasnt so much the glue but the fact the material itself was very brittle and broke into small chunks as it lifted from the pannel, no flex to it really at all, meaning it was hard to get a continuous piece to peel off

Thanks for the heads up! I'll keep my eyes peeled, sounds like this build will turn out awesome.

havent been able to make any progress lately, waiting for back-ordered products and working 6-7 days a week for 10-12 hours

got the waterblock onto the gpu, all fans in and majority of wiring done, may post some pics after work today

My apologies for the long time between drinks, I have some photos of the rig as it is now, more or less finished (usable) but I've been away over xmas and new years.

I've also decided to change some of my plans.

Originally I was using a dcp 4.0 pump/res combo that i picked up cheap, but after using it a wee bit I've decided a D5 will be more appropriate.

On top of this, I'm going to put in a second GTX 670 in sli, this isnt overly useful in terms of power i needed, but its always something I've wanted to do, and it will look the part in what is supposed to be a m-ATX monster of efficiency and power.

Finally, a couple of extra things are being added just to use up the excess space in the case, I even managed to get a second bank of fans on the top radiator. Thats right, a 360mm rad in push pull in the top of a define mini.

scratch what I said above, I'm shutting down this build log, as i dont have enough time to maintain and update it.

once finished ill make a rig gallery when i can, and post a link on the end of this thread for all those who want to see it.
