Ok well ive always used either a laptop or a mac in my life soo i know its noobish but still.

i posted in another thread my future build but as SieB posted nvidia will only realease there 600 series in like Q2 2012 and... i cant wait that long...

so I'm planning to start building this earlier.

but for that im just asking is it possible to put in sli lets say a 560 and a non 560 in sli but not for dedicated physX

im probably planning to put a 560 and a 670 in sli then buy another 670 and have the 560 in physX

but i just wondering in a general sense.

thanks

If the cores are the same it should work but why take chances. If I was to SLI it would be matching cards 100%. I know you can mix makers and such like ram sizes and the lot. But in my personal opinion it makes more since and should be less headaches if the cards are matching 100%

I'm with S_I_N on this
