SLi & dual desktop ?

Lo all,

Bit of a noobish question here, can dual desktop and SLi be run at the same time? I seem to have in my mind that you cant.

I have never been lucky enough to have both (sli and dual screen set-up) - I think you can't also, but just don't know.

I think thats the stroy for most here I am afraid Zax mate - people are either SLI or dual, not both.

I believe you can't because thats one fo the reasons why Nvidia upgraded the drivers so SLI can be turned on and off in windows (so when u r not gaming dual can be switched on, when u r gaming SLI can be enabled).

Give it a got and report back.

So with the latest drivers, SLi can be be activated without any physical change to the mobo (my mobo in sig), or change in the bios, without even a reboot?

You set the baord for SLI - and tehn you can turn it on or off in windows without a reboot

Forgot when they added this but 81.95 onwards and your coverd Zax mate.
