SLI AA Options? Where are they?

I use 7950GX2 on Vista Premium 64bit.

Using the latest beta drivers by nvidia. And 680i LT SLI board with latest drivers.

I cannot find any SLI AA options anywhere.

nHancer has the options, but it is incompatible with most of my games, and causes them to work incorrectly but one of the games it does work with is supreme commander and forcing 16x SLI AA on it make sit a LOT smoother than the 4x AA which is the highest setting it comes with in-game or in the Nvidia control panel.

I was wondering why in the Nvidia control panel, you can only ever get up to 4x AA? Theres tons more settings available that they can use. Even if its just normal AA it'd be nice to see 16x, 8x SLI AA aswell and some mixes of MSAA and FSAA.

Is there anyway I can get them? If I use Windows XP will they become available?

Its really annoying me. I only have 1280x720 resolution in a 27inch LCD screen, so TONS of AA is very important to me lol.

Any help would be truly appreciated! :D

Thanks.

Mine's here:

Buit I do have an 8800GTX so I am not sure how much you'll be able to see as they have different quality settings to the 7950's

Im aware of that, heres what I get.

I only get 2x aa and 4x aa. 2x AA is absolutly pointless for my screen, since it does almost nothing, 4x AA makes a decent improvement but stuff is still pretty jagged. Was hoping for other things.. does anyone know if there is a way to get them? I just have loads of excess FPS and it'd be nice to get smoother edges lol.

Did these new AA modes even though available actually ever get added to the drivers at all?

*sigh*

I guess I'll have to carry on using nHancer then, it works for some games using 16x SLI like SupCom, but when I use it with like ghost recon it just refuses to work properly. I guess I could just turn it on and off for SupCom, wanted something that would just last without being touched but I guess becuse nvidia suck its not possible :D

mkes you wonder how these people with Quad SLI enabled 32x SLI AA though, Ill have to look into that.

Unfortunatly it has les options then nHancer for that kind of thing and it doesnt help.

Im going to concieve defeat. Seems to be no "official" way to enable any of this. I'll just have to make do with w/e ingame AA setting there is.

Thanks for your help.

my 7800gt didn't seem to want to go above 4x aa in the source engine if u set it higher it just sorta turned it off:S but i'm sure i got 6 or 8 out of it somehow:S sli aa is near the bottom of the list somewhere i can't remember lol been a while since i dabbled in sli

Well I spent hours and hours going thru settings and have come to one conclusio, its possible.

Using nHancer its possible to get sli AA, but the performance hit for 16x sli AA is enourmous. Slows GRAW1 down alot, nowhere near unplayable, but its enough to irritate me, same with 8x SLI AA.

Im just going to use 16x combined AA, which is 2x2 aka 4x SuperSpampling AA and 4x multisampling, I really cannot see much difference between 16x sli AA and this mode in visuals, but for performance its aton better. Aslong as I put aniso on GRAW down to 8x :D

the 7 series dont go above 4.

ati's X series went to 6 but thats it

Although im not sure what to expect with SLI..
