Silverstone fortress ft02

I'v decided that for my next project I'm going to use a old school case that I always liked. The Silverstone fortress ft02. But since its not being made anymore and you cant buy it in stores , I had to buy a second hand one. After some searching I found one for just 35 euro's. So after a long drive I came home and started to take the case apart and see what I had.

First part of the project is to get the case back to good condition. So I'm going to paint the top covers, since they had some scratches on them.
I also took out the brackets for hdd's and drives. Since it only takes up space and dont need them nowadays.

I had a custom new front panel made by Coldzero to fill up the front of the case where the drives used to be.

Hardware I'm going to use:

Asus Crosshair VIII Formula EKWB
AMD Ryzen 9 3950X
64GB Corsair dominator RGB memory
2x Nvidia RTX2080 in SLI
2x Corsair m600 pci-e 4.0 M.2 SSD
Asus Thor 1200 Watt PSU
Watercooled by EKWB and Bitspower parts

Here some pics of the project so far.

If Silverstone would release the FT02 again, Or even the Raven RV-02E/B, Nothing changed, I'd buy it in a heart beat.

I took care of the top covers since they had some scratches on them. and the paint was not that great anymore. So had to take the completely apart and spray paint them.

The result is, they are as new ! really pleased with the end result.

So at this stage I have put the motherboard, PSU and the GPU's in, just to see what I'm working with and what my options are.

For this build I want to go with a dual loop , instead of the 540 radiator what most people used when water cooling this case. I have some idea's and now working stuff out on how to proceed.

Here's a picture of the rig as it is
