Signature service

I want to offer my services to create signatures for the people in this community.
To keep things in the nature of the forum, I am only creating things involved with your hardware.
So no game characters or anything like that.

Be sure that you follow the rules of the forum (text and picture wise).

Here are the things that you can provide for creating a signature:
- Your specs.
- Forum name and/or name of you Rig.
- A clean picture of your rig (mod, case, open case etc.) or a custom component you made.
- Any logo's you want in the signature (4 logo's max, just names are good as well).
- Any added text (but do not add to much to keep it fairly clean).
- Desired height and width.

The signatures can have a max height of 100px and max width of 778px.
Any custom requests like banners are fine as well, as long as it involves hardware.

If you want one, post a reply with the things you want in the sig.
I'll try to make them asap. Just a note, I can be rather busy sometimes, so be patient when needed

As the web-master, I'd be ever-so-grateful if you could change the dimensions to 500x100 px

I've been trying to reduce sig-height in an effort to try and pull the forum posts together a bit more and to stop making everything look so damn disconnected. Width is fine, it's height that I have an issue with..

Np SuB, changed it in the starting post. Although personally I like the 150 height, I can understand that reducing the height of Sig's can make the forum look a lot more user friendly.

I'll change my own Sig as well, since it's also 150px atm.

Edit:
Could we maybe keep it in between? The text for spec's and the picture of the case is really a lot smaller this way. Text would we hard to read and it will have a major impact on the details. Would 125px be ok?

I had to drop a line in the spec's and reduce the font by 2 points. Also the case is a lot less detailed now. There are other compositions to try out, but this is just an example. Your word is final of course.

have you tried a pixel font? instead of scaling down a font and using photoshop's antialiasing (which is pretty trash). You might have better results.

Looking at that aliasing in that bottom pit the white is all over the place, that can be improved upon a lot with some font tweaks.

I'm open to options though, so produce a 125px one and let's have a look

Good point, the font just wasn't made for small resolutions. After a bit of tweaking I managed to get a nice result with a different font. This is pretty doable, the only sad part about the less height is that it has less space to show the rig. But hey, we got a nice topic for the full glory of one's rig, so that shouldn't be a problem i guess.

Lets stick to 100px max, should be better for the forum's as well, that you already noted

Is the width restricted to 500 pixels? A very thin sig the width of the entire text would look nice like 800x75 or whatever it is. I may have a go at this when I get my rig up and running later.

No matey as long as it fits in the main forum at a 1920x1080 full screen size without the forum having to extend around it its fine

I don't know if the text is right like this (rather if you want it like this), but if you want it changed I still got the PSD file so that wont be a issue.

Indeed a great idea, not too long ago I threw together one for 'QuietOne', and has sorta got me back into the whole Photoshop, Renders, Fractals scene....

Unless you want pictures in the sig from the inside of the case as well of course.
It all depends on what you want to show in the sig

Haha, It's where we all started with Photoshop isn't it?
Brings back good memory's for me as well. It's the main reason why I started this thread. It's fun to do and also a good way to give something back to the community ^_^
