short break next year

me and a few mates are looking into having a short break middle of next year. Looking into going to stockholm. Anyone from sweden know what the night life is like there and which part would be best to go?

Not been to Stockholm but I have been to Sweden all be it many years ago...

Night life seemed good although I was only 16 when I went and they graded there beers A1 being the best and C3 basically being like Fosters.

Very clean place but damn expensive if I remeber correctly.

May have changed though cause it was over 10 years since I went....

hmmmm, i was speaking to someone today and they said it was expensive. But they also said that in japan, you normally pay around £6 for a pint. so not too sure how credible they are....

well going back the 10 or so years since I was there

I looked around some shops and a basic pair of Nike, not Nike air, plain old Nike were around £80 for something you'd pick up in JJB for around £30.

But again this was a long time ago.........

Did go to Berlin last year for a short break, think flights were about £36 with an orange colored airline, we managed somehow to book into a gay hotel just opposite the Berlin wall but all in all a great weekend, loads of quality beer and very friendly locals, can recommend that if the other falls through

berlin sounds good, other than the gay hotel, nothing against gay people, i just dont know how to say "feck off" when they are drunk and coming on to you. :S

bit dumb when it comes to geo stuff. but is reno nevada in the US? need somewhere cheap to fly to from britain. sites like ryanair.com are doing flights for like 1p to some places.
