Shamino Gets 13.3k in 05 512MB Single card

as teh mcdonalds ditto goes "im loving it"...

Looks promising although they are on beta drivers too remember although i woudl imagine they are specifically picked for their overclockign good ness

True but AFR in crossfire may be the performance difference at the top. I found that triple cascade 512 7800 score rather unimpressive.

AFR has potential theere is no denying that - as long as the board stays together long enough to bench.

Of course the other theory is that the benchmark is now CPU limited - if you apply the percnetage increase over other non-sli set-ups Shimano should be able to score closer to 21k.

I found both scores impressive as they are the best scores out there right now.
 
I definatly think in benching today's CPU's are limiting these 512mb GTX's. In what there meant for- games, thats another matter.:)

Obviously respect to Shamino (unless it turns out much better scores are possible with these cards - which I doubt). It's just I thought they'd score slightly better is all. New CPU time :rolleyes:.
