I've built a pc before so im not a total newbie, but my second build will be my first serious one. I've done months of research on the best parts that are good bang for your buck. I'm an AMD fanboy i guess,I feel Amd is just the better way to go. I already know someones going to try and start a huge discussion about why I should get Intel. This is the parts list I've made so far:

CPU AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core $160.87
CPU Cooler Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO $29.98
Motherboard MSI 990XA-GD55 ATX AM3+/AM3 $97.55
Memory G.Skill Value Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 $33.99
G.Skill Value Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 $33.99
I have a 1TB 7200rpm HDD just laying around so That's what I will use for storage and boot
Video Card MSI Radeon HD 7770 1GB $99.99(Thinking about upgrading this)
Case Corsair 500R Black ATX Mid Tower $101.60(May go Full tower, for future water-cooling)
Power Supply Raidmax 700W ATX12V / EPS12V $49.99

What are you guys opinion? Any Suggestions?

I'd get some faster RAM with that cpu. At least 1600MHz, 1866 if your budget allows it. Also don't cheap out on a PSU

I changed it a bit, Now I have 16gb of Vengence RAM at 1600mhz
Cosair g700 power supply. Basically I have everything I need

Lots better, though I'd personally spend that extra 10-20 bucks on a Corsair CX750M as it's partly modular, this will help loads with cable management and even airflow :)
