I know I'm going to get lambasted for dragging up an old thread but since no-one has answered this question I figure I may get away with it! LOL.
Anyway, if you're talking about the screws/bolts that fasten a Lian-Li case to the Mach II so that the Lian-Li case is on top, then you will need M6 machine screws. The best type to use would be M6 button-head Allen cap-head screws as these are very unobtrusive and IMO they look a lot better than plain hexagonal head bolts/screws. You should also use M6 repair washers between machine screw head and bottom of case.
You will find all these items in a good hardmongery/tool shop. Just ask for four M6 x 16mm button head Allen cap head screws.
