Screen flickers on shutdown/log off

Hi, when i log off or shutdown my laptop running windows 7 flickers to a black screen for less than a second then goes back to the desktop then shuts down or logs off, sometimes it even hangs and the shutdown screen for a second, ive tried uninstalling re-installing intel drivers, different versions dont seem to make an difference the only thing i changed since it was fine is the SSD, which i re-installed windows from scratch.

sounds like a prog isnt ready to go to sleep when told to. (there is a regedit for shutdown time)
is hibernation enabled? possible write back delay..

I haven't got any programs open its a fresh install changing Intel drivers seem to change the
Problem as the latest ones from intake website not the clevo one makes I freeze at the showdown screen slightly greyed out for about 2 seconds ever time.
