Say you had £2000...

Ok cheers Tom, I will get creative with the tubing and what not. Also, I won't be getting a UD5, it will be the UD3R, they just didnt have any in stock and i didnt like the look of the one thing on the side :P

I've changed the 5870 for a GTX480. I figured the performance would be better on the 480, and in games the Phys X wouldn't have to be pawned off to the CPU to compute. And it's only £10 more than the 5870 I was going to get. So overall a better choice I think.

yer the gtx 480 will be better IMO but some might say different, and of course you can go SLI eventualy and thats just insane, just be aware of the heat them things produce and also the noise,i no you said u wanted a quite pc i dont think you will get it with a 480 on 80% fan speed.

how loud is it respectivly i have a 9800gtx sitting at 100% fan 24/7 and it dont bother me much i also had my gtx 260 at 100% is it louder on on par with any of them

The 260 was a quiet card. its at least twice as loud as those two matey. When I say loud I mean it. That and the fact Sira said silent/quiet and thats never going to be a 480 unless its watercooled. I wouldnt even recomend a reference ATI cooler for quiet tbh.
