In this link they test a confidencial i7 3770k vs 2700k and they say that it´s a total of 10% faster.

Yep I've heard that 10% figure banded about as well, but you have to remember that that is at 77W as opposed to 95W.

Who knows...slight performance increase on less power at stock = better OC? That's what I'm guessing.

What I think is that it will be around 8 to 12 % faster then the SB and you will get higher oc due to lower wattage.
I am really interested in what the IB-E will do compared to the SB-E.

I think that my first question starts make things a little more clear and logical to me (yes... I'm answering myself
). The Intel´s tick tock policy makes me think that for those who already have a tick technology is not worth buying a tock technology. And for those that have a tock technolagy is not worth buying a tick technology! So i think it´s better to buy from tock to tock or tick to tick because, in my opinion, it.s a waste of money for so little performance difference!

I would say if you have Tick the don't mess with Tock unless Tock is way better then Tick but a move from Tick to Tick+ is beter then a move to Tock.
So in conclusion if you have Tick wait for Tick+ if you have Tock wait for Tock+ if you have AMD buy Intel

I think IB looks pretty promising and there are lots of quotes of 10% - 15% increases in efficiency and Processing power. As this is just a perfected Sandy Bridge which has been shrunk down to 22nm it seems kind of pointless to upgrade from SB to IB and would be better of waiting until the next NEW Micro-architecture.
At this moment in time it's all opinion and we will only really know when the chip becomes available and has been benched against the current generation of "i" chips
