Sandy Bridge Capability?

I'm very VERY interested in getting a Sandy Bridge CPU. My main uses would be for gaming and some video editing, and a little dabbling in Adobe CS5, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere. My main concern is, can this CPU properly push 3 570's or will it bottleneck them? Would 2 GTX 580's be a more plausible setup? If I could get more insight on these processors I'd be extremely grateful. Thanks!

with that much money for GPU's you need to be buying 1366 socket so you have more PCIE lanes.

1155 is aimed at mainstream not enthusiast.

What would you suggest? An i7 970? Or would a quad core suffice for 3 GTX 570's?
